Cookie policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, what types are used by the website g2-f.com and how you can manage them. At G2-F we are committed to privacy by design: we use only strictly necessary cookies and therefore, in accordance with the Guidelines on the use of cookies of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), we do not require your prior consent nor do we display a cookie banner.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in the user's browser or device when they visit it. Cookies allow, among other things, the remembering of information about the visit, keeping a session logged in or analyzing the use of the site.

Alongside cookies there are other similar storage technologies (such as local storage or 'localStorage' and session storage or 'sessionStorage'), to which this policy also applies.

2. Types of cookies according to their purpose

In general terms, cookies can be classified as:

Technical or necessary cookies: essential for the operation of the site and the provision of the requested services (for example, keeping a session logged in). They are exempt from the consent requirement.

Preference or personalization cookies: allow user options to be remembered, such as language or visual theme.

Analytical or measurement cookies: allow user behavior to be analyzed in aggregate form in order to improve the site.

Advertising or tracking cookies: allow advertising spaces to be managed or the user to be tracked across different sites.

3. Cookies we use

On g2-f.com we use exclusively technical or necessary cookies and storage technologies:

Authentication session cookie: a first-party cookie, strictly necessary to keep your session logged in when you access the platform. It is deleted when you log out or when it expires.

Visual theme preference: browser local storage that remembers whether you have chosen light or dark mode. It does not identify the user nor is it shared with third parties.

4. Cookies we do NOT use

We do not use analytical, advertising, tracking or third-party profiling cookies.

Our analytics tool (PostHog) is configured in cookieless mode ('cookieless'): browsing data is stored only in the browser's memory during the session and does not persist on your device. In addition, its servers are located in the European Union.

5. Third-party cookies

The website may rely on infrastructure and security providers (such as Cloudflare) that, for reasons of security and correct traffic routing, may use strictly technical cookies. These are not used for analytical or advertising purposes.

6. How to manage or disable cookies?

You can allow, block or delete the cookies installed on your device through your browser settings. Below we provide the help links for the most common browsers:

Google Chrome: support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647

Mozilla Firefox: support.mozilla.org/es/kb/Borrar%20cookies

Microsoft Edge: support.microsoft.com/es-es/microsoft-edge

Safari: support.apple.com/es-es/guide/safari/sfri11471/mac

Please note that disabling the technical session cookie may prevent access to or the correct functioning of certain areas of the site, such as logging in to the platform.

7. Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to adapt it to regulatory or technical changes. We will publish the current version on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
